In Milwaukee, Wisconsin few holidays are celebrated as widely as Oktoberfest. With one of the largest German populations in the US, the culture runs deep throughout the area. Bratwurst are as much a religion as they are a staple. It’s an excuse to don lederhosen once a year. For Pabst, whose German roots go back 175 years in the
city, its an excuse to pull out the old wooden barrel delivery wagon. This was the first proper Oktoberfest Pabst had hosted in decades and they wanted to do it right. We worked through a range of assets that included event environmental, merchandise, a glass stein, drink tokens, marketing collateral, and a special beer.
