Bob Peters was cutting his teeth behind the bar when Charlotte was still a brown-bag city. When Charlotte went through its cocktail revival many years later, Bob was at the forefront and became a leading figure in the city's mixologist community. Bob is currently the Beverage Director for the Built on Hospitality group, guiding beverage programs at several restaurants and preparing to open his very own, Chiefs cocktail bar in NoDa. His mission for each of his guests has remained the same for many years, to treat everyone like they're the most important person in the world.
